How do I clean it?
Hand wash with warm soapy water after each use. The lid and seal should come apart for thorough cleaning. Avoid the dishwasher as repeated high heat can damage seals over time. Air dry upside down to prevent odour build-up.
Will it leak in my gym bag?
No, when the lid is properly closed. The shaker has a sealed lid designed to hold up to vigorous shaking and travel. Always check the lid is fully screwed on and the spout is closed before tossing it in your bag.
What can I mix in it besides protein?
Anything liquid-based: pre-workouts, BCAAs, electrolytes, smoothies, or just water. The 700ml capacity is generous enough for hydration through a full workout. Avoid hot liquids, which can warp the seal and create pressure.
Does it have a wire whisk or mixing ball inside?
